Ian is Chartered Construction Manager as a member of the Chartered Institute of Building (MCIOB).

His extensive experience allows Exemplar Design Ltd to offer a wide range of services to our clients. Ians experience helping clients to avoid the many difficulties that can be met, along with helping them to set up robust and clear management for the project will enable the client to both feel in control of the project and to understand exactly what they will need to do at all of the different stages.
